Ingredients for two
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon full of butter
- 2 tablespoon full of rice
- salt
- a few mint leaves
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 glasses of water
How to cook
After removing any labels on it and washing grate tomato with skin on on a plate.
Put butter on a nonstick pan with grated tomato and put the pan on medium heat ( my medium heat is 4-5 for the top of electrical oven). Stir all while bubbling. Add rice on it. After stirring all add water, add salt. Cook till rice well cooked.
As dressing add mint leaves on it and then squeeze some lemon juice on it.
Ready to eat! Bon appetite!
