Turkish pumpkin desert


1 kg pumpkin – cleaned and peeled

2 glasses (350-400gr) sugar

100gr walnut crumbs

Put slices of pumpkin in a non-stick pan. Add sugar top and cook them till soften on a very very low heat. Do not forget to turn the pumpkin slices up & down so all may cook even. When they get soften turn heat off. Wait till they cool down and then serve them with walnut crumbs on top.
