1 glass of sugar (take out the sugar about 2 fingers if you don’t like sugary too much)
1 glass of flour
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 glass of walnuts
1 packet of baking powder
2 tablespoon of corn or sunflower oil
How to do it?
From that point you have two options..
1. In another bowl mix eggs and sugar well. Add cinnamon on the apples and mix. Then add egg mix and walnuts, mix all. Add two spoonful of oil. Mix flour and baking powder and add on top of the apple mix and with spoon mix all. Cook in the preheated oven under 150 °C (302°F)
2. Put cinnamon into apple’s bowl and mix well, then add sugar and mix all with spoon. Add walnuts and then 3 eggs on top and mix with spoon. Add flour and baking powder (be careful that baking powder should not touch egg directly.) Mix all with a spoon. Place Aluminium folio on the tray and spread some margarine in the middle where you put the cake ring. After placing the cake ring pour the mix and cook it preheated oven to 150°C (302°F) I used this method this time..
Now there is a need to wait for a few minutes and let the cake cool down a bit. Then use a knife to reserve the cake out of the ring. With a knife from the edge of the ring I separate the cake. Since I spread some margarine it is now easy to rip off the aluminum folio.
Here it is, I was able to put it into plate without breaking any part.
There is a chance to cover it with chocolate sauce. You can use Dr. Otker’s ready mix for that. But without chocolate it is still delicious to eat. To get rid of some calories, I did not use chocolate covering at all.
Bon appetite 🙂
Have a nice day!
