How can we add something or change the monotonous things we do? Especially for repetitive things we do.. I think every subject may hide different solutions in them.
Cooking for example is monotonous. If we think of it; we cook at least three times a day. Cooking different meals is the solution? May be some decoration may help too to change the cooker’s and eater’s mood. May be experimenting in cooking helps to get excited again.
I go to same seaside everyday and I see different things everyday. Even while watching the sunset, in every minute it gets different.. colors, shapes, smell, everything changes in a minute of a time, and after a short while it becomes all black 🙂 night.. So it differs from one person to another since the views are always different.
Changing point of view breaks the monotonous..
What else?? Taking vacations helps to break the monotonous of the beginning of a day for me. Waking up to different places is always exciting for me. I take many photos and share on social media. That really adds some variety while getting feed-backs and connecting to people. This is another reason why I like to share; to connect. And good connections lets us learn from each other. So it lets us to grow in many ways.
Yes, learning breaks the monotonous! even things you do or see or feel are the same learning new things breaks it.
If one could not find anything to learn on something life becomes monotonous..
At the end to break monotony; continuously changing the point of view which let’s us keep learning helps..
