Turn on the heat less about medium ( around 4) While butter melts add meat and grate some carrots and add some broccoli. Let it cook about 8 minutes then turn the meat mixing carrots and broccoli. let it cook about 8 minutes too. If you like raw I think that will be enough for you. If you like medium turn around and let it cook about four more minutes for both sides.
