Easy cooking at home continues:)
Ingredients;
Lamb shoulder broken in small parts
5 potatoes
3 carrots
2 onions
2 tomatoes
salt
black pepper
How to cook it?
Put a piece of aluminium folio along the oven tray. Replace another sheet of it on top of it. Then put lamb parts and spread salt and pepper all over the pieces.
Peel potatoes, carrots and onions and wash all. Slice all potatoes round like a circle:) then carrots lengthwise and onions like big slices. Replace first carrots between lamb parts, then onions and potatoes.
After washing tomatoes slice them like thick circles and replace all on top of the lamb parts.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top and cover another aluminium sheet. close the edges tide with the bottom one.
Replace the tray in the preheated oven in 250°C (482°F)
You can serve with pilaf..
